I recommend this place because of the location. It’s about 15 min from Fort Lauderdale, it’s 5 mins from Aventura mall and it’s close to Biscayne blvd! The staffs in the building are great and on point with everything and that is why I give this place 5 stars!

I have used AIO 3 different times and had such an amazing experience each time. They helped me and my ex-husband buy our first home together and then they helped us sell it when we got divorced. The buying and selling process was really easy and the realtors were always able to explain in a way that made everything very clear and easy to understand. They then helped both myself and my ex-husband find rentals that fit our budget and our needs. In my case, Tamara went above and beyond and noticed that a unit that I wanted (and was told it was already rented) was sitting on the MLS a few weeks after I expressed interest. She followed up with the property manager and helped me get the unit!!! They are who I refer all my friends and family too.
